From the first moment your child comes into your life, above all else, you want to protect them. As parents, we spend the majority of our time making sure that our children are healthy, happy and safe. But what would happen to your children if something happened to you? Most people assume that your children would automatically go to your next of kin when you die, but this is not the case.
If you and your partner die and you don’t have a Will, your children could become a Ward of the State. The Government will then decide what happens to them! Your children could be put into foster care whilst the COURTS decide where to place YOUR children!
Why Make a Will
A Will is a powerful legal document which sets out your wishes for after you die. You need a Will to appoint a legal Guardian for your children, and to ensure that all of your assets are divided as you wish.
No-one wants to think about their own death, but it is vitally important that all parents make a Will now to protect their children in the future.
Why Use a Will Writing Service?
A Will is only enforceable if it is done correctly. Mistakes within your Will can mean that it isn’t a legal document. It would therefore be as useless as a blank piece of paper! A Will Writing Service makes the process of making a will easy for you and has the added bonus of making sure that your Will is an enforceable, legal document.
